Johnny King was a founding member of the Key West band the "Bubba System". He was born and raised in Key West and enjoys the love and spirit of almost everyone in town.
Johnny was seriously injured in an accident and remains in the hospital and will require long term rehabilitation and care.
His friends and band mates got together Sunday February 28th at Grunts on Caroline Street for a fundraiser that was a huge success with a huge turnout.
Paulie Walterson, the leader of the Bubba System band, organized and promoted the event along with many others that love Johnny.
