My gut feeling is that Caffeine Carl would pay Bill Blue to play a Bill Blue SoundCheck at the Green Parrot. Caffeine Carl is always on fire when he plays on stage with Bill Blue. The both of them playing together really rip it up and get into that "zone" where its just the two of them and nothing else matters. Take a look I think you'll see what I mean.
